Flash Tanks

Boiler flash tanks are used in systems that require flashing of high pressure condensate to reduce its pressure and temperature before it is returned to the condensate receiver or discharged into the sewer. Flash tanks are provided with an inlet for condensate/steam, plus outlet, vent and drain connections.

These tanks are available in either vertical or horizontal configuration. The model number must be suffixed by either "V" or "H" to indicate which is desired. Other sizes and design pressures are available upon request. **Connections are NPT unless noted (F=Flange).

The manufacturer shall provide the owner with a copy of the Manufacturer's Data Report. The tank outer surface shall be painted with one coat of industrial grade red oxide primer.
